It starts by generating ideas, but the hard work is in prioritizing, categorizing, gathering data, testing, and refactoring.

I help businesses with digital transformation by changing the mindset of the organizational culture and processes before assisting with deciding what digital tools to use and how to use them. I also bring a start-up culture inside, helping businesses to adopt agile decision making, rapid prototyping, and flat structures.

I’m successful in developing new capabilities because of how I think; applying a problem-solving method is called ‘first principles thinking’, which is the practice of actively questioning assumptions about a given problem or scenario , and then creating new knowledge and solutions. Our approach is to:

2) Break down your problem into its fundamental principles.

3) Create new solutions from scratch.
